• User: A person who registers for and utilizes the Service.
• Subscription: The option chosen by the User outlines the time frame and range of access to the Service.

3. Eligibility

4. Account & Password

It is your duty to keep your account login information confidential. Sharing your subscription with anyone else is not allowed. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Payment & Billing

All subscription costs are billed upfront. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you opt to cancel it. By providing your payment method, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee.

6. Subscription Plans

We have several subscription plans available. The features, channel lineups, and pricing for these plans can be modified. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply during renewal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized intentions. Prohibited actions encompass, but are not limited to:

• Sharing, distributing, or restreaming the content.
• Utilizing a VPN to overcome regional barriers could infringe upon local laws.
• Revealing your access credentials.

Failure to comply with this policy might result in instant account cancellation without refunds.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Moly IPTV operates as a service provider and does not host, store, or create any content. We grant access to streams that are already present on the internet. It is the User's duty to confirm they are not contravening any copyright laws in their location.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is supplied 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not promise 100% uptime or guaranteed availability of all channels at all times. Moly IPTV shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages connected to the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to end or pause your account at any time, without prior notification, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or fellow users.

12. Governing Law
